Pooya’s photography takes the viewer out of their  comfort zone and
into  a world of  tension, movement and titillation.   Working with top
stylists   and production   teams, Pooya  is able to craft  rich, moody,
sensual images that   sometimes feel   far removed  from the  typical
glamour of every day fashion spreads and more representative of the
energy and drama of life.
Photography has long had a powerful hold on Pooya, both as a
sanctuaryand an  extension of his  experiences in life. His fascination
with fashion drove him to the world of nightlife and extravagant sets.
Years  spent  shooting the biggest  events  and  the best   parties in
Vancouver, Miami,  and New York  put   Pooya at the forefront of real
